Aditi Jain is a seasoned nutritionist, clinical dietician and lifestyle coach. She has done her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics (Specialization in Food Technology). She is certified a certified Diabetes Educator, Ayurvedic Maternal & Childcare Nutritionist. She is certified in Nutrigenomics (CCNG).
In the past, she has worked as a Clinical Dietician in Action Cancer Hospital, New Delhi. She is aware of the current trends and waves regarding health & fitness. She is having her own self devised weight loss methods. She doesn’t believe in starvation rather her methods have more integrated approach which includes sleep, exercise & environmental exposure etc.
She is having diverse and multi domain experience in the field of Nutrition & Dietetics, Therapeutic Diet , offering lectures ,seminars & trainings. She delivered dietary sessions on “Basic Management of Covid-19 & Related Issues” organized by ORGI Ministry of Home Affairs Govt. of India.
In the current swift changing world ,excessive eat out & busy schedule, health has become least priority. Her core purpose is to make people aware of how balance Diet with lifestyle modification can help them to stay fit & healthy.
